Charlene was appointed in September 2002 to fill a vacancy on the City Council. She was elected November 2003 to fill a two year unexpired term. She grew up in Libby and has moved back to Libby after living in Washington. She recently attended Lincoln County Campus and graduated with an AA Degree in Applied Science. She is employed at the Community Health Center. |
